a) Instruction to the applicant for
filling application form
i) Make sure that you are eligible for
admission.
ii) Use block letter only in filling the application form.
iii) Complete all columns. Otherwise your application is liable to
be rejected.
Avoid over writing.
iv) Wherever boxes are provided entries are to be make in the
boxes. Use tick (1) mark when necessary.
b) The instruction are given
item-wise as given in the application form:
Item 1 Write your full name as given in
HSLC record.
Item 2, 3 Write complete postal address with PIN & Tel. No.
Item 4, 5(i, ii), 6 Fill the particular as given.
Item 7 (i, ii) Tick the appropriated boxes.
Item 8 Indicate the nationality.
Item 9 Indicate the religion.
Item 10, 11 Tick the appropriated boxes.
Item 12 Write the date of birth as HSLC pass certificate record in
the appropriated boxes.
Item 13 (i) Tick the appropriated boxes. (ii) Fill the particulars
as given.
Item 14 Write the name of school or college in which the applicant
last attended. Item 15 Tick the appropriated box.
Item 16 See "Course of Study" for the prospectus.
Item 17 Fill all columns of educational qualification as given.
Item 18, 19 If you have any educational qualification and extra
curricular activities mention them clearly.
Item 20 Fill the declaration form of parent/guardian and have it
duly signed by parent/guardian.
Item 21 Fill the declaration form of applicant and have it duly
signed.
c) Documents to be submitted:
A student has to submit the following
particulars along with the admission form for admission. i) Two
recent passport size photographs (one to be pasted in the place
given in the application form) ii) Attested copies of a) Admit
card of HSLC/CBSE b) Mark sheet from HSLC onwards c) Pass
certificates from HSLC onwards d) Caste certificate in case of ST,
SC. OBC, MOBC from relevant authorities. e) Documents in support
of additional qualifications (if any) f) Documents in support of
extra curricular activities (if any) iii) Gap period certificate
where applicable.
ACADEMIC SESSION
The college session usually begins in
July with the autumn recess in September-October and summer recess
in June - mid July. A tentative programme of the activities of
college during session is outlined in the academic calendar of the
college given at the back page.
COLLEGE INTERNAL EXAMINATION
Periodical unit tests of H.S. and T.D.C.
will be held. Dates of the final examination of H.S. will be
notified by the AHSEC and the dates of the T.D.C. examination by
Dibrugarh University. For sending up students to the H.S. final
and TDC part I, II & III examination, the college will hold
unit test examinations. The minimum marks required to pass in a
subject in the council and University examination are also minimum
mark to pass in a subject in the college examination subject to
special consideration of the teaching staff body.
